Categories for Pies:

APPLE PIE PLUS for pies with extra ingredients such as caramel, raisins, nuts, etc.

TRADITIONAL APPLE PIE for pies with traditional ingredients only such as apples, sugar, spices, etc.

NO EXTRA INGREDIENTS.

Catagories for Apple Butter:

GENERAL PUBLIC for entries from the public at large.
FESTIVAL MAKERS for entries from groups making apple butter at the festival.


 

All entries must be homemade.

Apple pies judged on: Pastry, Flavor, Appearance

Apple butter judged on: Texture, Flavor, Appearance

To Enter:

                                    1. Place your name address, and phone number on the bottom of your entry.

2. Complete an entry blank for each entry you are making.
                                                           3. Take your entry or entries, along with the completed entry blank(s), to the Erickson                                           Alumni Center on October 3.  ENTRIES WILL BE RECEIVED FROM 3:30 TO 5:00 P.M.



Winners' names will be posted on this site and at the Apple Butter Festival Headquarters on October 3.

Entries must be claimed by 7:30 P.M. WITHOUT EXCEPTION. ENTRIES NOT CLAIMED WILL BE DISCARDED.
